Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist in inbound and outbound freight, including receiving, stocking, picking, loading and processing within the Distribution Center.

You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, use an RF scanner and voice headset, follow safety and housekeeping procedures, and work with a team to meet productivity and accuracy standards. This role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other handling equipment.
• Ability to use an RF scanner and communicate via RF radio.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule until work is done.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Load and/or unload product by hand or with material handling equipment.
• Move freight, stock, pick, label, wrap, and palletize items.
• Use RF scanner to scan products or locations as needed.
• Plan and organize merchandise for distribution center workflows.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping procedures and meet productivity standards.
• Identify and clear jammed boxes and maximize trailer space.
