Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound freight movement including receiving, stocking, picking, loading, and processing in our distribution center.

The role requires operating pallet jacks and forklifts, using RF scanners, and maintaining accuracy and safety standards. A flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, not required.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts and related equipment.
• Experience with RF scanners and RF radio communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity standards.
• Flexible schedule, able to work until work is done.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload merchandise using hand tools or material handling equipment.
• Operate pallet jack or forklift; maximize trailer cube on outbound loads.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures and meet productivity standards.
• Sort and place items on racks and pallets according to plan.
• Use RF scanner and voice/headset for location selection and fulfillment.
• Identify and clear jams from conveyor systems and mezzanine areas.
• Plan and allocate merchandise in the distribution center per allocation plans.
