Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Phoenix, AZ seeks a warehouse associate to manage shipments and related tire inventory. You will collaborate with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery, and service teams while operating forklifts and maintaining safety.

Responsibilities include task assignment, inventory counts, stock organization, and keeping a clean warehouse. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and reliable execution of duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and delegate tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members.
• Tire or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires and equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Forklift experience a plus (training available).
