Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Sunland Park, NM is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage shipments of tires and related inventory, coordinate with shipping, sales, P&D, and service departments, and safely operate forklifts.

You will lead tasks, assist with stock counts, keep a clean, safe warehouse, and foster teamwork. Prior tire or warehouse experience is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and delegate tasks when necessary.
• Good interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members.
• Tire or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Forklift experience a plus (training available).
