Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cameron, MO to support outbound and inbound logistics operations. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, operating basic warehouse equipment, and accuracy in order fulfillment with barcode scanning.

The position offers Monday–Friday shifts with potential overtime on select Saturdays and a stable, team‑oriented work environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in distribution or logistics, basic computer skills, and a willingness to train on

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
Willingness to undergo training for equipment operation.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
Stable work history with clear explanations for employment gaps, if any.

Responsibilities

Perform outbound and inbound responsibilities on a repetitive basis to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Select, lift, and move parts of varying sizes and weights up to 50 pounds from different heights and locations.
Operate mobile equipment and obtain parts from higher-level racking locations requiring good depth perception, agility, and balance.
Match order details with packaging and ensure accurate order fulfillment using barcode scanning devices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sweeping and moving boxes and pallets.
