Overview

Allied Wire & Cable (AWC), a GCG company, is currently seeking a Warehouse Spooling Associate to join our growing first shift team! In this role, you will be responsible for operating spooling machines, managing inventory control, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

Hours: 5 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $17/hr + full benefits

Location: 101 Kestrel Drive, Collegeville, PA 19426

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate the spooling machine daily, ensuring smooth operation
• Run test spools daily to ensure accurate calibration of the footage counter
• Operate a hand-held scan gun to scan spools to appropriate locations
• Monitor tool kits and ensure all pieces are present and accounted for
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping floors, wiping machinery, disposing of trash, and clearing scrap wire
• Assist with additional duties as needed
