Job summary

Sendoso is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Phoenix team. You will handle inventory, use scanners, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a supportive team.

Responsibilities include receiving, organizing, packing, loading, and performing quality checks. Lifting up to 49 pounds and working up to 8–10 hour shifts are required, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand long shifts.
• Closed-toe shoes required.
• Must be 18+ and pass background check.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and put away inventory.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse technology to process orders.
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer expectations.
• You will select, pack, and ship orders, including fast 2‑hour deliveries.
• Prepare shipments and load boxes for outbound delivery.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and communicate with teammates to keep operations moving.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• View prompts on screens and follow directions for tasks.
• Learn and support different areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) up to 35 feet.

About Your Role

What You'll Do:

• Receive, organize, and put away inventory
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse technology to process orders
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer expectations
• You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders - in some cases, for our super-fast (2-hour or less) delivery service
• Prepare shipments and load boxes for outbound delivery
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Troubleshoot basic issues and communicate with teammates to keep operations moving
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks
• Learn and support different areas of the warehouse based on business needs
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet

Qualifications & Experience:

• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand for up to 8-10 hours and additional time when available
• Comfortable, closed-toe/closed back shoes are required
• Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
• Successful completion of criminal background check
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
