Job summary

Sendoso is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, AZ to join the SFC team and support high-quality gifting experiences for customers nationwide. You will receive, organize, and store inventory, use handheld scanners, and process orders, including fast two-hour deliveries.

The role requires safety-minded teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse, with opportunities to grow across areas of the operation. Pay starts at $17/hour with a sign-on bonus and a range of benefits; standard full-time schedule

Qualifications

• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand for 8-10 hours and additional time when available.
• Comfortable closed-toe shoes are required.
• 18 years or older with ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and put away inventory.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse technology to process orders.
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Select, pack, and ship orders, including fast 2-hour delivery service.
• Prepare shipments and load boxes for outbound delivery.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and communicate with teammates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift and work at heights up to 35 feet.

What You'll Do

• Receive, organize, and put away inventory
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse technology to process orders
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer expectations
• You will be selecting, packing, and shipping orders - in some cases, for our super-fast (2-hour or less) delivery service
• Prepare shipments and load boxes for outbound delivery
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Troubleshoot basic issues and communicate with teammates to keep operations moving
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks
• Learn and support different areas of the warehouse based on business needs
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet
