Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a well-established company in Pensacola, FL. In this role, you’ll be supported by a passionate team motivated by fast-paced innovation and the desire to deliver for customers.

The position offers full-time hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CST with alternating Saturdays, and pay at $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, inventory, safety, and using handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Dock or warehouse experience in transportation.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers and using handheld scanners.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving, unloading trucks and checking orders.
• Read orders and determine items to move, gather, distribute or ship.
• Maintain accessible and safe warehouse for staff and customers.
• Complete work safely in line with policies and procedures.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts.
• Take driver calls and verify load data for timely delivery.
• Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
