Job summary

Automation Personnel Services seeks a Warehouse Associate for a site in Alcoa, TN. You will support shipping and receiving, unload trucks, check in merchandise, and distribute orders to sales associates for processing.

The role requires basic computer skills and RF scanner use, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment. Weekend shifts are required, with early morning start times.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and RF scanners required.
• General warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs consistently.
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions.
• Determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries.
