Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Orlando, FL. You will unload shipments, organize inventory, prepare orders, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Entry-level role with on‑the‑job training and growth opportunities.

The position pays $15–$16 per hour, Monday–Friday, first shift (8:00 am–4:00 pm). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, weekly pay, and a 401(k) option after eligibility.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and basic equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and move shipments safely.
• Scan products for inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and shrink-wrap pallets for storage/shipment.
• Organize merchandise onto pallets by codes.
• Move, store, and organize items within the warehouse.
• Stock inventory and assist with picking/packing orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety policies and OSHA standards.
