Job summary

Automotive Keys Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our order fulfillment process. You will pick and pack orders using handheld scanners, pull accurate quantities, label and ship items, and maintain productivity to meet daily quotas while ensuring shipment accuracy and presentation.

Collaborate with Receiving, Inventory Control, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Operations to hit daily objectives, assist during peak periods, and communicate issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Physically capable of manual labor including lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack our orders daily using handheld scanning devices.
• Label, pack, and ship orders securely and correctly.
• Document and communicate key shipment details, including serial numbers and tracking updates.
• Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Comply with all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work cooperatively with the fulfillment team to meet quotas and goals.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Inventory Control, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Operations teams to achieve daily objectives.
• Support cross-functional warehouse activities during peak periods or staffing needs.
• Communicate operational issues, inventory concerns, and process opportunities to supervisors.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is a valuable part of our order fulfillment process—using pick tickets to locate items, pulling accurate quantities, packing them with care, and maintaining consistent productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack our orders daily; accurately pick customer sales orders using handheld scanning devices, meeting daily performance quotas.
• Label, pack, and ship orders securely and correctly, ensuring all shipments meet company standards for accuracy and presentation.
• Document and communicate key shipment details, including serial numbers, tracking updates, and changes to shipping addresses, when applicable
• Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Comply with all safety policies and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work cooperatively with the fulfillment team to meet quotas and goals

Team Support

• Collaborate with Receiving, Inventory Control, Fulfillment, Shipping, and Operations teams to achieve daily objectives.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• 2+ years’ experience working in a warehouse setting, preferred
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

$16.00 per hour
