• Verify incoming materials for correct type and quantity.
• Maintain shipping and receiving files and records.
• Route incoming materials to appropriate departments or locations.
• Prepare documentation for domestic shipments.
• Prepare documentation for international shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipping records.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Receive finished goods into inventory systems.
• Ensure shipping transactions are recorded in SAP.
• Report shipping issues to the Logistics Manager.
• Contact carriers to arrange service.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Participate on ad hoc committees or teams as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
