Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and maintenance tasks. You will stage materials for jobs, provide necessary tools, and deliver parts to job sites as needed.

This role runs Monday–Friday, 6AM–3PM (hours can vary) with potential overtime and pays around $25.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience with shipping/receiving.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Must have a valid smartphone for two-factor authentication login.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities, and route goods to departments.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform counts, and stock supplies.
• Stage materials for upcoming jobs and deliver parts to sites as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, with basic maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and be available for overtime when required.
