West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Mechanicsburg, PA to support shipping, receiving, and daily installation tasks. The role involves inspecting deliveries, maintaining inventory, and delivering parts to job sites while upholding safety standards.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30AM to 3PM with starting pay around $20 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a technology-driven home improvement company.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience, working with shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities and materials against bills of lading; document discrepancies and route goods to departments.
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: Monitor consumables, perform periodic counts, distribute supplies, ensure trucks are stocked with tools.
• Support Daily Installations: Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs, provide tools and supplies, deliver parts to job sites as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: Keep the warehouse clean and safe; perform light maintenance and snow/ice removal as needed.
• Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: Follow safety protocols, maintain attendance, report discrepancies, and work overtime as needed.
