Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Austell, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Shipping to pull, scan, pack, and stage orders for shipment. You’ll receive shipments, stock inventory, and help move goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment.

The role requires dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. This full-time position features an hourly pay of $18.00 with an additional $2.00 shift differential, a $1,000 retention bonus paid in installments, and a Sunday-Thursday

Qualifications

Warehouse Associate - Shipping

Company: Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.

Location: Austell, GA

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour

Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour

Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. until shipping operations are complete

What You'll Do

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for shipment
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
• Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
• Availability to work until shipping operations are complete each night
• Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and ladder use throughout the shift
• Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
