Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Austell, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping operations.

You will pull, scan, package, and stage orders for shipment, receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations, and help load and unload trucks safely. This full-time role offers an hourly pay of $18.00 with a $2.00 shift differential, plus a $1,000 retention bonus paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Able to work until shipping operations are complete each night.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Non-climate-controlled environment with seasonal temperature changes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs.

Warehouse Associate – Shipping Company: Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.

Location: Austell, GA

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour

Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour

Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. until shipping operations are complete

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
• Availability to work until shipping operations are complete each night
• Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required
• Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and ladder use throughout the shift
• Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
