Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Austell, GA, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily workflows, oversee shipping operations, and drive KPI performance.

You will coach teams, plan schedules, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with SOPs to deliver accurate, timely, and cost-efficient shipments. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and mentoring capabilities, with flexibility for multiple shifts and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field or 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Experience leading diverse warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements and shipping best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Flexible availability for multiple shifts and occasional weekends.

About The Role

What We’re Looking For
