Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Warehouse Associate – 3PL to join our Kansas City team. You will pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment while contributing to a reliable supply chain. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and opportunities for personal and career growth.

Starting compensation is $18.50/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a retention bonus program to recognize long-term commitment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Lift up to 75 lbs consistently
• Stand/walk/bend/climb ladders for long periods
• Work at heights up to 30 feet
• Attention to detail in fast-paced environment
• Dependability and on-time attendance
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse work environment
• Forklift operator experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations
• Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (training provided)
• Ensure inventory accuracy and clear team communication
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and follow safety protocols
• Flexibly perform other warehouse tasks as needed

Compensation: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am until tasks are complete

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator experience? (Preferred, but not required)
