Job summary

LKQ Corporation, Keystone Automotive Operations, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Exeter, PA. You will pull, pack, label, and stage auto parts for shipment, while handling inbound shipments and stocking inventory.

You’ll operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) and contribute to accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced, safety-conscious team. We offer up to $18.00/hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and increasing bonuses after 6 and 12 months of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods, bend, and climb ladders if required.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with seasonal temperature variation.
• Forklift operator experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support team collaboration.
• Keep a clean and safe workplace and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.
