Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Fairfield, Ohio to support shipping, receiving and inventory tasks. You will work Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3pm, lifting up to 75 pounds and ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Experience in dock or warehouse operations in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds and load/unload trucks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping instructions to determine items to be moved or shipped.
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and visitors.
• Complete work in a safe manner, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and assemble products as needed.
