Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling the daily responsibilities of issuing and receiving materials and chemicals to the manufacturing areas and operating the company panel truck.

Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving functions: inspecting, verifying packing slips, and matching received products and lot numbers.
2. Managing inventory levels, ordering raw materials, and issuing materials to manufacturing departments.
3. Packing materials for shipping and issuing chemicals.
4. Operating equipment such as scrap grinders, panel trucks, and forklifts.
5. Performing cycle counts and managing MRO items.
6. Maintaining compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, and other regulations.
7. Engaging in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives.

Requirements include:

1. Ability to operate various warehouse equipment and vehicles.
2. Strong communication, computer, and ERP skills.
3. Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
4. Valid CT driver's license.
5. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push 150 lbs.

This position may require overtime, flexible hours, and exposure to hazardous chemicals and weather conditions.
