Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Warehouse Employee for our Louisville distribution center. You will support receipt, storage, and shipment of products, performing picking, packing, and loading tasks while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include inbound receiving, put-away, RF scanning, and operating material-handling equipment. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to meet daily customer delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and data entry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely pick, package and process customer orders.
• Receive all in-bound product.
• Put-away product into appropriate locations.
• Operate equipment, including reach truck, order picker, speed cart, and dock trucks.
• Operate radio frequency units (RF\'s) and autonomous robots.
• Count and multiply product accurately.
• Physically move product and work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
