Job summary

TBC Corporation's Greensboro DC is seeking a dedicated DC Associate to support efficient and accurate fulfillment and receipt processes. You will operate MHE, receive and stock inventory, and assist in optimizing daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Safety‑first mentality.
• Prior distribution center experience preferred.
• Prior material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and occasionally more.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently.
• Develop product knowledge.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for OSD (overages/shortages).
• Pick and stage product.
• Load trucks.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Assist center to optimize operations and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in sanitation.
• Complete MHE reports per policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager.
• Abide by all laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
