Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately receive, store, and pick product for shipping. You will follow a contingency plan for safety and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Required are a high school diploma and the ability to read, count, and perform basic math. The role involves standing/walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating standard warehouse equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, count accurately and perform simple math.
• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Freight: count, verify against manifest and check for damage.
• Storage: maximize space and store items safely onto racks.
• Order Picking: ensure correct items are picked and prepared for shipment.
• Transport orders to shipping locations with material handling equipment.
• Outbound Freight: verify quantities and labeling before shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts.
