Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Ontario, CA is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our athletic apparel distribution operation. You will perform picking and packing, use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System, and assist in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role involves loading/unloading freight, maintaining inventory records, and upholding safety and quality standards. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with hourly pay ranging from $19 to $21 depending on shift.

Qualifications

• Technologically literate with computer and RF scanner use.
• Ability to train new employees on procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements.
• Lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25-50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to stand in one area for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment.
• Verify packing accuracy, seal cartons, and send to shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Use WMS to track inventory and maintain accountability.
• Load/unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers.
• Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery and perform regular maintenance for safety.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment in the facility.
