Wheel Pros, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily fulfillment operations. You will receive, pick, pack, ship, and replenish inventory while maintaining accuracy and a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include operating RF scanners and warehouse equipment, verifying inbound shipments, and contributing to cycle counts. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Receive inbound inventory and verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records.
• Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper inventory control procedures.
• Replenish picking locations and assist with stock rotation as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, or RF scanners, as certified.
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with returns processing, labeling, restocking, and general warehouse support tasks.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.
