Job summary

Cardinal Health in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a Warehouse Associate. The role requires following SOPs, accurate order picking, packing and shipping duties, and frequent use of the Warehouse Management System.

The employee will operate material handling equipment and assist in daily warehouse tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and flexibility for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Overtime may be required with little notice.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety rules.
