Role Responsibilities

• Assist in moving inbound and outbound freight, including receiving, stocking, picking, and loading.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Unload, load, stock, pick, label, and wrap products, palletized or not.
• Use RF scanners and voice headsets for product location and identification.
• Ensure high accuracy in all tasks.
• Organize materials on racks, shelves, or pallets.
• Plan product picking according to merchandise plans.
• Maximize trailer cube space on outbound loads.
• Clear jams from conveyor systems as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and radios.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and complete tasks on time.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Moderate proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 35 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and working at heights.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Work in a safe and alert manner.
