Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support picking, packing, and shipping preparations. You will use equipment to pick, pack, and kit products, print labels, inspect goods, and ensure orders meet customer needs.

You may operate a forklift or order picker, perform quality checks, and participate in cycle counts. A strong attention to detail and basic computer skills help maintain accurate records and safe, efficient processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker for picking orders if required.
• Pack orders for shipment by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on forms/records.
• Attach shipping labels and mark boxes per DOT/IATA/IMDG rules.
• Report missing items or variances to supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Inspect containers/products to ensure packing specs are met.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Counts as needed.
• Maintain clean, neat, orderly work area; readiness for SQFI/FDA audits.
• Report incidents; perform housekeeping; other duties as assigned.
