Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in the United States. The role involves picking and packing orders, printing labels, and inspecting products to meet shipping demands.

You will use equipment to prepare orders for shipping and receiving, maintaining accuracy and quality throughout. Responsibilities include loading, labeling, recording data, and performing routine inspections and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to complete physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker as needed.
• Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL shipments and label correctly.
• Record order information and affix shipping labels.
• Inspect containers and packing per SOPs; report variances.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and maintain a clean area.
• Ensure compliance with SQFI, FDA, and customer requirements.
