Job summary

The Warehouse Associate at Kenco Logistics is responsible for picking and packing orders, printing labels, inspecting products, and using equipment to prepare shipments. The role supports shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs.

You will ensure accuracy, quality, and safety, participate in inventory counts, maintain a clean workplace, and comply with SQFI/FDA requirements. A High School diploma and warehouse experience are preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure the correct items are loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on forms and records.
• Affix proper shipping and tracking labels and comply with DOT/IATA/IMDG regulations.
• Report missing items or quality variances to supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Inspect containers and packing to meet specifications; document quality inspections.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Ensure facility readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Communicate and report incidents.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
