Job Description: The Warehouse Associate - Production assists in moving inbound and outbound freight, including receiving, stocking, picking, loading, and processing.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products using hand or Material Handling Equipment
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely
• Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
• Meet productivity standards
• Unload, load, stock, pick, label, and wrap items
• Use RF scanners and voice headsets for product location and selection
• Ensure high accuracy in work
• Sort and place materials according to specifications
• Plan product picking according to merchandise plans
• Maximize trailer cube utilization
• Identify and clear conveyor jams

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to operate all necessary equipment
• Proficiency with RF scanners and radios
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Follow safety procedures
• Complete tasks on time and work flexible schedules
• Moderate Microsoft 365 skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Push/pull up to 35 pounds
• Frequent bending and twisting
• Work at heights up to four flights of stairs
• Handle merchandise and fixtures
• Maintain alertness and safety
• Stand and sit for extended periods
