Location: PAERE Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: 10 - 28 hours/week

Overview:

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you'll be central to our operations. Your role involves handling products entering and leaving the facility and managing inventory for a leader in industrial distribution. The position is based at our Erie branch and may offer flexible scheduling after onboarding, training, and performance milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain branch inventory
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory
• Make local deliveries using a company vehicle as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties to support branch success

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
• Self-motivated, customer service-oriented
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Alignment with core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing 25-75 lbs
• Pass drug screening where applicable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory receiving, shipping, sorting, or management
