Job description

Join us as a Warehouse Associate at MISA Imports Inc.

We are hiring for the Warehouse Associate position. Apply now to become part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Unload and deliver cases of products to customers
• Coordinate with the routing administrator for delivery scheduling
• Handle merchandise carefully to ensure it arrives in optimal condition
• Manage inventory control for all products
• Select and pull orders accurately, checking received items
• Organize and maintain warehouse supplies
• Return signed delivery paperwork daily
• Manually shrink-wrap pallets as needed
• Maintain clear production and staging lanes for efficiency

Job Details:

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7AM to 3PM

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and transportation laws
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; second language is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous warehouse/distribution experience
• Ability to lift, move, and carry objects up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Ability to push and pull up to 200 lbs
• Experience operating manual/electric pallet jacks
