Warehouse Associate

Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

OVERVIEW:

Embark on your journey as a Full-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll handle the ebb and flow of products entering and leaving the facility, and dive into inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is based at our branch located at 2635 Prairie Ave, Beloit, WI 53511. After onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals, a flexible schedule may be offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Managing and maintaining branch inventory
2. Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory
3. Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
4. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
5. Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
2. Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, with the ability to meet our driving record requirements
3. Proficient written and oral communication skills
4. Proficient computer skills
5. Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
7. Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
8. Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
10. Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
11. Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs, up to 75lbs
12. Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in receiving, shipping, sorting, or managing inventory is preferred.
