Job Overview

Product Support Associates are TEAM members within the Bob’s Discount Furniture organization, playing a vital role by ensuring stores receive and stage merchandise in alignment with the company's core values and vision. They assist and enable stores to meet sales expectations. The primary responsibilities include working with store management and visual merchandising to maintain warehouse safety, showroom standards, receiving and inventory guidelines, and performing daily back-end operations according to company policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and ship merchandise, adhering to company guidelines to minimize shrink
• Stage showroom and outlet merchandise according to visual standards
• Assemble merchandise carefully to avoid damage
• Prepare merchandise for shipping and assist with customer pickups
• Conduct inventory as required
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in warehouse and showroom areas
