Overview

Warehouse Associate Rebuilder (Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm)

This entry-level role supports the Refurbishment Department by assisting in rebuilding and certifying laundry and air equipment. It offers hands-on experience in mechanical repair, quality control, and logistics to ensure refurbished machines meet company standards before deployment. Ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, have a strong attention to detail, and seek growth in a technical or mechanical career.

Responsibilities

1. Support Rebuild Operations: Assist in disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of laundry and air equipment.
2. Parts & Inventory Management: Organize and track parts to support workflow.
3. Equipment Preparation: Clean and condition machines for rebuild.
4. Quality Control: Conduct inspections to verify compliance with standards.
5. Logistics & Shipping: Wrap, palletize, and document shipments.
6. Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety procedures.
7. Additional duties: As assigned by the Rebuilding Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• 0-3 years in mechanical or warehouse roles preferred
• Experience in mechanical repair or logistics is a plus
• Familiarity with liquid propane and natural gas is beneficial
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, teamwork skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform warehouse tasks
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification
• Experience with tools and warehouse equipment is a plus
