CMI-HR Facility Solutions in Etna, Ohio is seeking a reliable Picker & PackER to join our warehouse team. The role involves picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced setting, using scanners and barcodes.

Shift options include 8:00 am–4:30 pm and 2:30 pm–11:30 pm, with a stable full-time schedule. Attention to detail and the ability to read basic English are essential. Wrapping pallets and meeting daily targets are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in picking and packing (required).
• Ability to read and understand basic English.
• Familiarity with barcode systems and warehouse scanning tools.
• Experience with wrapping pallets or similar tasks.
• Ability to lift and move boxes; physical work required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to work until tasks are completed when needed.
