CMI-HR Facility Solutions in Etna, Ohio is seeking a reliable Picker & PackER to join our warehouse team. The role involves picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced setting, using scanners and barcodes.

Shift options include 8:00 am–4:30 pm and 2:30 pm–11:30 pm, with a stable full-time schedule. Attention to detail and the ability to read basic English are essential. Wrapping pallets and meeting daily targets are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in picking and packing (required).
• Ability to read and understand basic English.
• Familiarity with barcode systems and warehouse scanning tools.
• Experience with wrapping pallets or similar tasks.
• Ability to lift and move boxes; physical work required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to work until tasks are completed when needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products based on order lists or scanning systems.
• Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure safe delivery.
• Read and understand basic English instructions and order details.
• Identify and handle barcodes correctly using scanners or manual processes.
• Wrap pallets and packages following company standards.
• Move and organize boxes, including lifting and stacking as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
