Job summary

Odeko in Moonachie, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Picker) to join our fast-paced fulfillment team on multiple schedules. You will pull items with an RF scanner, build customer orders, and help move inventory around the center.

The role requires good English, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and comfort working with pallet jacks and ladders. Experience in warehouse or food service is a plus, with training and growth opportunities provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pull items using an RF scanner to build customer orders.
• Frequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center.
• Operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory.
• Occasionally ascend a platform ladder to pull items.
• Assemble customer packages.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and inspecting items.
• Assist with loading/unloading of merchandise and non-inventory into/out of vehicles.
• Perform all tasks as assigned.

If you have worked as a Warehouse Worker, Picker-Packer, Ramp Agent, Baggage Handler, or Food Service, you may be the perfect candidate!

What your shift will look like/requirements:

• Using an RF scanner, identify and pull items to build customer orders


• Frequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center


• Operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment center


• Occasionally ascend a platform ladder to pull customer items


• Assemble customer packages


• Assist with inventory management, including counting and inspecting items


• Assist with the loading and unloading of merchandise and non-inventory in and out of delivery vehicles, trucks, and vans


• Perform all tasks as assigned


• Must be able to read, write & speak/understand English
