Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload materials from vehicles and trucks.
• Receive shipments and verify quantities; maintain warehouse inventory.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment after training.
• Assist with cutting/moving/prepping pipe and materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate with office staff and field technicians about material needs.

Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated, reliable Warehouse Associate / Parts Runner to support our warehouse operations and deliver crucial materials to field crews. If you thrive in a hands-on role and take pride in making a real impact, this position is for you!

Main Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare fire sprinkler/alarms materials for installation, service, and inspection jobs
• Organize and stage materials for upcoming projects and technician pick-ups
• Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites efficiently and safely
• Load/unload materials from company vehicles and trucks
• Receive shipments and verify material quantities
• Maintain and organize warehouse inventory
• Return unused materials to designated warehouse locations
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment after proper training
• Assist with cutting, moving, and preparing pipe/materials as needed
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Communicate with office staff and field technicians about material needs
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Training Provided

No previous fire sprinkler industry experience required! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, including:

• Identifying fire sprinkler materials, fittings, and equipment
• Reading material lists and accurately pulling orders
• Proper warehouse organization and material handling
• Safe operation of tools and power equipment
• Company procedures for preparing and delivering materials to job sites
