Job summary

Cardinal Health in Dixon, CA is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Associate. You will pick, pack and ship product, with shifts on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Saturday starts at 11am; Sunday and Monday start at 3pm. Each shift is about 8.5 hours, and the role will not exceed 30 hours per week.

Pay is $22.11 per hour, including shift differential. Benefits include 401k contributions, paid time off, and access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to operate power industrial trucks and rotate warehouse areas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds. Tasks require candidate be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift of 8 hours or more.
• Willingness to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and rotate into various areas of the warehouse as well as comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting hourly established performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, ship product.
• Works on routine assignments that require problem resolution.
• Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures.
• Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments.
• Always maintain inventory integrity and product safety.
• Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.

• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization.
• Use required personal protective equipment such as steel toed safety shoes (provided after 90 days), and material handling equipment safety harness
