Job summary

Cardinal Health in Greensboro, NC is hiring for a Warehouse Operations role. You will perform order picking, packing, packing, and shipment preparation in a fast-paced environment. The job supports cross-training and safety, with emphasis on accuracy and timely fulfillment, and training is provided on your first day.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• Training provided starting your first day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with heights up to 30 ft.

• Experience with technologies like computers or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to keep a clean, safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret, pallet jack).

Shift- Sunday 5:30pm- 2:30am, Monday-Thursday 7:30pm- 4:00am (or until task complete)

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include receiving product, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders within established team goals to ensure on time order delivery.
