West Shore Home in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist the Warehouse Manager with shipping, receiving, inventory, and daily installation tasks. This role supports daily operations and ensures accuracy in materials handling.

The position requires forklift experience, a valid driver's license, and reliable attendance. Training is provided; overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience with shipping/receiving preferred
• Experience operating a forklift
• Smartphone with 2FA access to company systems
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: inspect deliveries, verify quantities, document discrepancies, route goods to departments
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: monitor consumables, conduct counts, distribute supplies, stock trucks
• Support Daily Installations: stage tools/materials, provide necessary tools, deliver parts to job sites
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: keep area clean/safe, assist with light maintenance and snow/ice removal
• Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: follow safety protocols, maintain attendance, communicate discrepancies, overtime as needed
