As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you contribute to the success of your team and the overall operations in the warehouse and distribution centres. This includes storing and delivering items like flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for various occasions. Our work truly contributes to more than we imagine.

You will perform activities such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure efficient operation of the distribution center. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with weekly pay at $16.00 per hour.

How you create impact

• Responsibilities include receiving, checking, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and storing
• Verifying and receiving materials into inventory
• Marking and inventorying packages for storage or transit
• Using pick sheets to pull products or supplies
• Checking orders against pull sheets
• Using material handling equipment to unload trailers
• Working overtime and weekends as needed

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of warehousing experience
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled environment while wearing safety shoes
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
