Job summary

OT Dynamics in Flat Rock, MI is seeking a Warehouse/General Labor Associate to pick, stock, count and adjust inventory. The role pays $17 per hour and includes a 401(k), life and disability insurance, direct deposit, and biweekly payroll.

Responsibilities: shipping/receiving, palletizing, labeling, forklift operation and inventory adjustments under supervision. Requirements: HS Diploma/GED, 1–3 months related experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 20–55 lbs, and stand/walk.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 20–55 lbs regularly and up to 55 lbs occasionally.
• Occasionally climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of materials.
• Stocking, counting and adjusting inventory as directed.
• Labeling cans and palletizing materials.
• Driving a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

OT Dynamics Warehouse/General Labor Associates are responsible for accurately picking, stocking, counting, and adjusting inventory in a timely manner. $17 per hour.

Warehouse Associate Duties:

• Shipping and receiving of materials
• Palletizing and un-palletizing materials
• Ability to make appropriate inventory adjustments at the direction of supervisor
• Labeling cans
• Driving a forklift
• Other duties as assigned

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/ GED
• 1-3 months of related experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 3 hours at a time is required.
• Ability to lift 20lbs regularly and up to 55lbs on occasion.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
