Job summary

Climatemp Inc is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate in Lombard, IL. The role supports the Warehouse Team, handling shipping documents, stocking parts, and coordinating with service departments. Flexibility to improve operations and maintain good interdepartmental relations is valued.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent; Class C CDL is preferred. Applicants should be able to lift and move materials and operate material-handling equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Properly complete necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping forms.
• Maintain and operate the parts storeroom in a neat, orderly, and safe manner.
• Load and unload material shipments using hand trucks, forklifts, hand tools, and/or other records.
• Match invoices to purchase orders to verify correct pricing and quantities.
• Identify, mark, and segregate material to appropriate areas.
• Reconcile records or notify proper personnel when material quantity, description, or quality does not match.
• Coordinate with Service Departments and Special Projects Groups to ensure stocking parts needs are met.
• Be innovative in suggesting additional duties or changes to improve operations.
• Maintain rapport and positive working relations with all intercompany personnel
• Operate company vehicles responsibly.

Education

Summary

The Warehouse/Delivery Associate is responsible for providing support to the Warehouse Team.

Physical Demands

The position requires the candidate to have the ability to lift in assistance of loading, unloading, and storing materials and equipment. The position will also require bending, climbing, pulling, pushing, balancing, kneeling, twisting, standing, and climbing stairs and ladders.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is: $18-$22 per hour depending on skills, education, and experience.
