Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate – Order Puller is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders of automotive parts and aftermarket products. This role ensures that products are picked efficiently, handled with care, and staged correctly for loading. The position supports overall warehouse operations, maintaining organization, safety, and accuracy to meet company service and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders from inventory using pick tickets, manifests, or handheld scanners.
• Verify product counts, descriptions, and quality before staging for loading.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Organize and stage pulled orders in designated loading areas.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, reporting any hazards or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling heavy or hazardous materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation.

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required: Steel-Toed or Composite Shoes
