Zilka & Company, LLC is a foodservice distributor in New Stanton, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to join our team in a full-time, daylight role.

You will pick and verify orders, move products with pallet jacks and forklifts, and prepare orders for delivery in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance.
• Ability to accurately follow picking instructions and verify orders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, order-picking, forklift, or foodservice distribution experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify products, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Move products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Stage completed orders according to delivery route and stop designation.
• Secure pallets with shrink wrap to maintain product stability during transportation.
• Receive, restock, rotate, and properly store food products.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate warehouse equipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow company food safety, warehouse safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and storage areas.
• Assist with inventory and product organization as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

This is a full-time, daylight position for someone looking for stable, long-term employment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and takes pride in completing orders accurately.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires regular physical activity throughout the workday. Employees must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, and pull.
• Use hands and arms to handle, move, and organize products.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Regularly lift and move products and packages.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Schedule:

• Full-Time.
